IvyPath Academy ("IvyPath," "we," "us"), operated by Perevalis Tutoring LLC, provides SAT and SHSAT tutoring services in New York City and online. This policy explains what information we collect through ivypathacademy.com and app.ivypathacademy.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact information you provide — such as a parent's name, email address, and phone number when you take our free diagnostic, book a consultation, make a purchase, or refer a family.
- Student information you provide — such as a student's first name, grade level, and diagnostic answers and scores. We intentionally collect the minimum needed to deliver results and tutoring recommendations.
- Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage data — pages visited, approximate location (from IP address), device and browser type, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To deliver diagnostic results, score reports, and follow-up emails you request.
- To schedule and provide tutoring services and communicate about them.
- To process payments and referrals.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook) tools, including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, to understand site usage and measure advertising. These tools may receive hashed identifiers (such as a hashed email) and usage events. You can opt out of personalized advertising via aboutads.info, Meta's ad preferences, and Google's ad settings, and you can limit cookies in your browser settings.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), hosting and databases (Vercel, Supabase), analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta) — and when required by law.
Children's privacy
Our services are directed to parents and guardians. Diagnostic and tutoring information about students is provided by, and managed with, a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental involvement. If you believe a child provided information without consent, contact us and we will delete it.
Retention and your choices
We keep lead and student records only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information — or unsubscribe from emails — at any time by emailing info@ivypathacademy.com or calling (929) 394-0349.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always be posted here with its effective date.
