These terms govern your use of ivypathacademy.com, app.ivypathacademy.com, and IvyPath Academy tutoring services, operated by Perevalis Tutoring LLC ("IvyPath," "we," "us"). By using our sites or purchasing services, you agree to them.

Services

IvyPath provides SAT and SHSAT test preparation, academic tutoring, free diagnostics, and related services, delivered in person in New York City or online. Program details, schedules, and pricing are described on our pricing page or in your enrollment communications.

Free diagnostic

The free diagnostic is provided for informational purposes to estimate a student's current level. Scores are estimates and do not guarantee any particular official test result.

Score Improvement Guarantee

On eligible programs (50-hour group and 40+ hour 1-on-1), if the student completes the program requirements — at least 95% attendance, 90% of homework, and an official baseline and retest — and their official College Board SAT score does not improve by at least 50 points over their official baseline, you may choose a refund of program fees or additional tutoring at no charge until it does. Equivalent SHSAT guarantee terms are confirmed at enrollment. Full terms are reviewed on your consultation call and in your enrollment agreement; internal practice tests never count as the baseline or retest.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe at the prices shown at checkout or in your enrollment agreement.
• Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.
• Refunds outside the Score Improvement Guarantee are handled case by case — contact us and we will make it right where reasonable.

Conduct and academic integrity

Our materials are for enrolled families' personal use and may not be resold or redistributed. IvyPath supports honest test-taking and will not assist with any form of cheating on official exams.

Results shown on our site reflect individual students' experiences and are not a promise of any particular score or admissions outcome. IvyPath Academy is not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board, the NYC Department of Education, any specialized high school, or any university. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
